In a major boost to infrastructure ahead of hosting Khelo India Games, Haryana State Warehousing Corporation (HSWC) inaugurated a gym on the first floor of the Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Sector 3 here today.

Ashok Kumar Sharma, Managing Director, HSWC, inaugurated the gym. It has been introduced for the benefit of trainees and its employees.

“Trainees and employees can use the facility at a nominal fee of Rs100 per month, outsourcing employees for Rs200 per month, family members of HSWC employees, outsourcing employees for Rs300 per month and casual visitors for Rs200 per hour,” said Sharma. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
