Haryana CM Nayab Saini offers prayers at Mansa Devi
Haryana Chief Minister (CM) Nayab Singh Saini along with his family offered prayers at the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple on the second day of Chaitra Navratri.
After his visit, Saini reached Yagnyashala and performed a havan. His wife, Suman Saini, and son, Vinay Saini, also participated in the rituals and received blessings.
The CM extended his greetings and best wishes to the people of Haryana on the occasion of Chaitra Navratri. He prayed for the well-being, peace, and prosperity of the state and expressed hope that the people would continue to contribute to the state’s development.
Meanwhile, a blood donation camp was also organised on the occassion.
Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Banto Kataria, former Haryana Assembly Speaker Gyan Chand Gupta, District BJP President Ajay Mittal, Deepak Sharma, Mandal President Yuvraj Kaushik, Mandal General Secretary Pramod Vats were among the others present at the occasion.
Devotees pour in
On the first day of the Chaitra Navratri fair, devotees offered a total donation of Rs 25,09,665 at Mata Mansa Devi Temple and Kali Mata Temple, Kalka. Around 1.1 lakh devotees visited Mata Mansa Devi Temple for the darshan. At the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple, donations amounted to Rs 17,01,285, while Shri Kali Mata Temple, Kalka, received Rs 8,08,380 in offerings. Besides, eight silver items were donated at the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple, and six silver items were offered at the Kali Mata Temple, Kalka.
