PHDCCI SHE Forum, Haryana, organised Empowering Mind 3rd in the Series: Sustainable Women Entrepreneurship at Hotel Lalit, Chandigarh. The session aimed to celebrate women entrepreneurs and discuss strategies for building sustainable and resilient businesses led by women.

Alka Gurnani, Chair, PHDCCI SHE Forum, Haryana, emphasised the role of women entrepreneurs as catalysts for inclusive economic growth. She spoke about the SHE Forum’s ongoing initiatives to create mentorship opportunities, promote gender diversity, and support women-led startups in the region.

Chief Guest on the occasion Priyanka Soni, IAS, Director, Women and Child Development, Government of Haryana, commended the PHDCCI SHE Forum for providing a meaningful platform to encourage women’s participation in entrepreneurship and leadership. She also highlighted the importance of skill development, financial literacy, and access to markets as key enablers for women to scale their ventures sustainably.

Bharti Sood, Senior Regional Director, PHDCCI, reiterated PHDCCI’s commitment to fostering women-led growth and sustainability through continuous engagement and capacity-building initiatives. A panel discussion was organised on Building Resilient Businesses: The Women Entrepreneurs Way.

Panelist Leena Singh, senior entrepreneur, Amway India, spoke about the importance of consistency, adaptability, and relationship-building in sustaining long-term business success.

Abhilasha Sharma, co-founder, uEngage, emphasised innovation and customer-centric strategies as the driving forces for modern enterprises.

Swinky Sharma, founder, CodeAurorix, highlighted how technology can empower women to overcome traditional business challenges and scale effectively.

Shikha Gupta, founder, AlternateLoop, underlined the role of sustainable product design and green innovation in creating responsible and future-ready business models. The interaction was attended by and benefited over 70 women entrepreneurs of the region.
