A scooterist was killed, while a cart-puller was seriously injured when a speeding SUV hit them on the Panchkula road in Dhakoli last night.

The deceased has been identified as 48-year-old Ganga Ram Sahu. The injured cart puller, Chhotu Ram, is undergoing treatment at the Civil Hospital in Panchkula. The police have registered a
