Home quarantine for visitors done away with in Chandigarh

Chandigarh, September 25

Now, no visitor coming to the city will be home-quarantined for 14 days.

The UT Administration has withdrawn the earlier instructions mandating self-home quarantine for all visitors from outside the tricity for 14 days and mandatory registration as per the order dated June 23.

UT Adviser Manoj Parida issued the orders on Friday in view the orders issued by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs on August 29 and adopted by the UT Administration on August 31.
