The Tricity continued to experience dry weather on Monday with clear sky and warm conditions.
According to the weathermen, maximum temperature hovered around 35°C in the Tricity region, while minimum stayed close to 24-25°C, slightly above normal for the season.
Humidity levels remained high, touching 92% in the morning before dropping to around 58% in the evening. No rainfall was recorded across Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula. Seasonal rainfall since June stands at 1,071.2 mm for Chandigarh, about 30% above normal.

The weathermen have predicted mainly clear sky till September 27 for the entire Tricity. Day temperatures are expected to remain steady at 35–36°C, while nights will be relatively comfortable at 24°C. The forecast rules out any significant rainfall during this period.
Meteorologists said the southwest monsoon is retreating and only light local variations are likely. Residents can expect warm afternoons but pleasant mornings and evenings.
