Kalka MC chief, councillors take oath of office

Panchkula, July 13

SDM Ruchi Singh Bedi administered the oath of office to newly elected chairman and 31 councillors of the Kalka Municipal Council, at Bhiv Rao Ambedkar Stadium today.

Ambala MP Ratan Lal Kataria and former MLA of Kalka Latika Sharma were also present on the occasion.

Besides MC chairman Krishna Lal Lamba, the councillors who took oath were Baninder Kaur, Pushpinder Kumar, Manju Lata, Vinod Savarni, Narendra Singh, Mahesh Sharma (Tinku), Sanjeev Kaushal, Nirmala Devi, Saurabh Gupta (Sunny), Ashwani Kumar (Chuna), Gurmukh Singh (Kaku Damdama), Shabnam, Seema, Sudarshan Kansal, Rekha Devi, Seema Devi, Maninder Kaur, Gulshan Thakur, Geeta Devi, Kulwinder Kaur, Pawan Kumar, Sunil Kumar, Ravi Chaudhary (Happy), Kapil Ghai, Kapil Gaur, Krishan Lal, Neha Budakoti, Shalu and Ujala Bakshi.

Lamba assured Kalka residents that they would work for the welfare of people with devotion and dedication.
