Kulwinder Billa enraptures crowd, carnival ends

Gusto marked the concluding day of the Chandigarh Carnival, which was organised by the Tourism Department near Government Museum and Art Gallery.
Punjabi singer and actor Kulwinder Billa enraptured the crowd in the evening.
Kulwinder Billa doled out a devotional song, ‘Mera Baba Nanak’, dedicated to the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev.
Supported by an array of accomplished musicians, Billa performed several soulful and peppy numbers.
Chief guest Sachin Rana, IAS officer, and guest of honour Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, honoured the artistes.
The Department of Tourism has set up stalls, displaying various spots of the city, various souvenirs of Chandigarh and a roundtable for facilitating tourists. A Digital Selfie Point was also set up. Anyone could take a selfie and received it immediately through SMS, email, Airdrop and QR codes.
