Lecture on 'Science and technology for society and economy'

As part of an agreement to promote high-end research and development in the field of science, the Central Scientific Instruments Organisation and Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) organised the Dr RS Khandpur Memorial Lecture on ‘Science and technology for society and economy’ through an online mode today.
Prof K Vijay Raghavan, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, was the key speaker.
A book written by Dr Khandpur, known as the ‘Science Man of Punjab’, was also released on the occasion by Dr Hemant Darbari, Director General, C-DAC. — TNS
