The police registered an FIR on June 20, 2023 at Sector 34 police station here the basis of a complaint lodged by Amarjeet Pandey.

Pandey, a resident of Burail, said on June 20, 2023, two men fled away with all his belongings from Sectors 32/33 dividing road.

Yadvinder Singh Sandhu, advocate for Aniket, argued that the accused was falsely implicated in the case. After hearing arguments of both the sides, the court sentenced Kapil to seven years in jail and acquitted Aniket giving him benefit of doubt.
