A local court here has denied bail to a man held on charges of attacking a father-son duo in the DMC Colony in May.

Joginder was arrested by the police last month.

The counsel of the accused argued that no specific role had been attributed to the applicant in the FIR. He argued that the applicant was innocent and pointed out that the police was yet to present the challan in the case.

The public prosecutor though opposed the bail application.

After hearing both the sides, the court dismissed the bail application of the accused. — TNS
