A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 28-year-old man at a public toilet in Mauli Jagran. The accused was caught by people and handed over to the police.

Sources said that Dhanra of Budhanpur village, Panchkula, was in an inebriated condition when he entered a women’s toilet and raped the victim. Some women noticed the accused in the washroom and raised an alarm. The accused tried to flee the spot, but was nabbed by some locals. The police have registered a case.
