A 24-year-old youth was stabbed to death, while two others, including a minor boy, were injured after they were attacked by a group of assailants in Sector 25 this evening. Sources said the victim had been identified as Shubham. The injured victims were admitted to GMSH-16.

The trio was having a party when the assailants, identified as members of the Pehalwan gang, attacked them. The police resgistered a murder case and launched a probe.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
