Chandigarh: Iconic former Indian sprinter and resident of the city Milkha Singh continues to be stable. However, his wife Nirmal Milkha Singh, former Indian volleyball team skipper, is under strict observation at the hospital, said doctors. “Milkha Singh continues to be stable.
