Minerva log 17-0 win over Delhi FC

Minerva Academy Football Club U-17 team recorded a 17-0 victory over Delhi FC in the U-17 Youth League. The win helped Minerva Academy FC to the top of Group F, with a massive goal difference of 24 goals. The youngsters who have been impressive throughout the tournament faced a tough challenge against Delhi FC, an I-League side. However, they rose to the occasion and dominated the game from the very first minute.

Lunkim opened the scoring in the 11th minute and Kilong doubled the lead two minutes later. Kilong added another goal to his tally, while Husanpreet, Sanathoi and Denish also found the back of the net. However, the star of the show was undoubtedly Lunkim who scored an incredible 11 goals.

Hemneichung Lunkim emerged as the top scorer of the league with 12 goals to his name.
