Industries and Commerce Minister Sanjeev Arora shared detailed information about initiatives being undertaken by the Punjab Government for the multifaceted development of industries during a meeting with industrialists in Mandi Gobindgarh. He also reviewed various problems and challenges faced by the industrial community. He was accompanied by Development Commission Vice Chairperson Seema Bansal and Principal Secretary Kamal Kishor Yadav.

Arora said he is aware of difficulties faced by industrialists. During meeting, discussions were held on infrastructure upgradation, subsidies, GST, green energy, Right to Business Act, and several other issues. ADC Arvind Gupta and GM Industries Maninder Singh were present at meeting.
