Mohali reports three deaths and 337 fresh cases on Friday, taking the district’s death total to 154.

The coronavirus tally stands at 7,989.

About 277 patients have been cured of the deadly disease.

Sharing details, Civil Surgeon Dr Manjit Singh, said that two women and a man succumbed to the deadly disease in the last 24 hours. He shared that a 52-year-old woman from Dera Bassi, who died at Gian Sagar Hospital in Banur, was suffering from cancer, another 60-year-old woman from village Motamajra, who was a diabetic patient, died at GMCH, Patiala, and a 54-year-old man from Phase 7, also died at GMCH, Patiala.
