Mohali:Twenty-eight more persons contracted the infection on Friday, taking the district tally to 850. One person each from Ecogreen in Dera Bassi; Mukandpur; Royal Farms, Motia Heights; Jawaharpur; Kumbra; Rajumajra; Skynet Enclave, Zirakpur; Amardeep Nagar, Dera Bassi; Lalru; New Chandigarh; Manakpur; and Omega City, Kharar; was diagnosed with Covid. Two persons each from ATS, Dera Bassi, and Dhakoli were found positive. Four fresh cases each were also reported from Dera Bassi; Kharar; and Zirakpur. Meanwhile, 19 patients were discharged.
