Among the notable achievements listed were the notification of the landmark Amnesty Policy 2025, operationalisation of CTU Bus No. 38-B to improve public transport access, establishment of a dedicated police post for IT City, and launch of a PSPCL call centre to handle electricity-related grievances. The association also appreciated the strengthening of the power network with a new 31.5 MVA transformer, approval of a new substation, and the issuance of tenders for street lighting and road upgrades to enhance safety and connectivity.

The industry leaders further welcomed the incorporation of their inputs into the Punjab Unified Building Rules 2025.
