Chandigarh, February 24
The Railways has issued a notice about running more special trains in Ambala Division of Northern Railway. The passengers can now travel from Lucknow to Chandigarh and Ahmedabad to Vaishno Devi-Katra.
On March 1, Lucknow-Chandigarh-Lucknow Dainik Superfast Express Special train (05011) will depart from Lucknow at 11:55 pm and reach Chandigarh at 3 pm the next day.
On its return journey, Chandigarh-Lucknow Daily Superfast Express Special train (05012) will depart from Chandigarh at 5:15 pm and reach Lucknow at 9 am the next day.
Special trains’ en route stoppage will be at Ambala Cantonment, Jagadhri Karkhana, Yamunanagar Jagadhri, Saharanpur, Roorkee, Mauzampur Narayan, Basi Kiratpur, Bijnor, Haldaur, Chandausi, Mandi Dhanaura, Gajraula, Amroha, Moradabad, Chandausi, Shahjahanpur, and Hardhoi.
On March 8, Ahmedabad-Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Weekly Express Special train (09415) will depart from Ahmedabad at 8:08 pm and reach Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 6:35 am.
On its return journey, Ahmedabad-Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Ahmedabad Weekly Express Special train (09416) will depart from Mata Vaishno Devi Katra at 10:40 am every Tuesday and reach Ahmedabad at 10 pm the next day from March 9. This special train en route will stop in both directions at Sabarmati, Mahesana, Palanpur, Abu Road, Falna, Rani, Marwar, Beawar, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Phulera, Jaipur, Gandhinagar, Jaipur, Dausa, Bandikui, Alwar, Khairthal, Rewari, Bhiwani, Hisar, Sirsa, Bathinda , Ferozepur, Jalandhar City, Beas, Amritsar, Batala, Jammu Tavi and Udhampur stations.
