Mumbai, Jodhpur institutes emerge winner in law fest
The GLC Bombay and National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur, emerged victorious at Arguendo’ 25, the eighth National Law Fest organised by the University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), Panjab University. Prizes were awarded today at the valedictory ceremony by Justice Alka Sarin (Judge, Punjab & Haryana High Court), advocate Anu Pal, senior advocate Munisha Gandhi and advocate Divanshu Jain.
GLC Bombay won the UILS National Moot Court Competition 2025, securing a Rs 30,000 prize, while Christ University, Delhi NCR, finished runners-up with Rs 20,000 prize. In the fifth Justice AS Anand Mediation and Negotiation Competition, Vidhi Shah and Gauraansh Arora (NLU Jodhpur) were named best negotiating pair, while Payal Shahi (Lloyd Law College, Noida) won best mediator award.
Best negotiating pair (prelims) went to Tiwari and Mundhra and best mediator (prelims) was Kartik Bhat (Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law). The moot court final was adjudicated by Justice Alka Sarin, Divanshu Jain and Anu Pal.
