Under this initiative, the government would bear the certification costs for youth completing courses through recognised agencies. To further modernise skill development, 87 Hartron Advanced Skill Centres would be set up in the first year, providing training in emerging technologies like AI, cybersecurity and blockchain.

The CM also addressed the pressing issue of drug abuse, urging youth to lead efforts in eradicating this social evil. An anti-drug awareness song was released during the event. Job offer letters were handed out to ITI trainees.
