Educators from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas of the Chandigarh region participated in Samriddhi, an online competition to provide teachers a platform to showcase their creativity and ingenuity in innovative pedagogies with art integration. The competition is an initiative by NCERT, New Delhi, to promote multidisciplinary pedagogy at secondary level of school education.

The event organised under the patronage of Capt Teena Dhir (retd), Deputy Commissioner Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Chandigarh region. RK Verma, Assistant Commissioner (Acad), NVS Chandigarh region, lent his expert guidance to the participants.

The event was organised at PM Shri School JNV Chandigarh under the leadership of principal AS Bhullar. The first position at regional level was bagged by Neha Sharma, TGT English, JNV Anantnag; followed by Kulwinder Sharma, TGT English, PM Shri School, JNV Mandi; and third position was bagged by Rajinder Singh TGT Maths, PM Shri School, JNV Hoshiarpur.
