No death in Mohali, 63 new cases

The district today witnessed 63 fresh Covid-19 cases, taking the tally to 10,963, while 163 more patients were cured of the disease.
The Civil Surgeon, Dr Manjit Singh, said no death was reported from the district during the past 24 hours. He said of the 63 fresh cases, 48 were from Mohali (urban), six from Dera Bassi, three from Kharar, three from Lalru, two from Banuri and one from Gharuan.
The district has so far reported 10,963 positive cases. While 9,332 have been cured, there are 1,431 active cases. The district has seen 200 deaths due to the virus. — TNS
