No end to dirty, low-pressure water supply in Sec 44

The long-standing issue of water supply, dirty as well as at low pressure, in parts of Sector 44 could not be fixed during the five-year tenure of ward number 15 councillor Ravinder Kaur Gujral.

During summer, residents in some parts of this sector get water supply at low pressure and in the beginning, the water is often dirty. Residents also complained of drinking water getting mixed with sewage.

Dr Anish Garg, president, Residents’ Welfare Federation (RWF), Sector 44, said, “Water supply remained low. We even get water mixed with sewage in MIG flats.
