Now, get services of electricians, AC mechanics, plumbers in Chandigarh

Chandigarh: To deal with problems being faced by residents, the UT Administration has compiled a list of 75 electricians, plumbers and AC mechanics for utility services across the city. For better coordination, the city has been divided into six zones. In each zone, electricians, plumbers and AC mechanics have been authorised to attend to complaints from residents. The Administration stated that all technicians would use face masks, hand sanitiser and gloves while attending to the complaints and adhere to social distancing. The Administration clarified that it was a paid service. The service charges need to be settled mutually as these are private services. The residents may call only in case of emergency, it stated.
