Mohali, October 31
The district saw a fatality due to Covid-19 and 81 new cases today. Besides, 32 patients were cured of the disease.
Among the new cases reported today, 41 were from Mohali, 22 from Kharar, 11 from Dera Bassi, five from Dhakoli, and two from Lalru. The district tally stands at 12,379 with 11,568 recoveries.
The number of active cases is 574. With one more death today, the toll reached 237. On Friday, 49 new cases were reported from the district.
