Panchkula ADC holds camp to address residents’ plaints

As many as 84 complaints from the residents of different parts of Panchkula district were addressed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sachin Gupta during a grievance redressal camp held at the auditorium of the Mini Secretariat.

ADC addressed the concerns of around 84 district residents, resolving most issues on the spot. For the remaining problems, he directed the relevant officers to prioritise their resolution.

During the camp, the ADC instructed the Electricity Department to compensate for the deaths of buffaloes due to electrocution in Tibbi and Ganeshpur village. The residents of Tibbi and Ganeshpur had lodged a complaint with the ADC regarding this issue.

In response to Ankit from Toda village, who requested road and electric wire repairs, the ADC directed the Electricity Department to repair the wires immediately and instructed the concerned officers to inspect and repair the road.

Regarding the damaged drinking water pipeline reported by the villagers of Kakrali and Mauli, represented by zila parishad member Bahadur Rana, Gupta directed the concerned departments to inspect and repair the pipeline.

Upon the request of Bhupendra Singh from Surajpur for the construction of a retaining wall, the ADC asked for a report to be submitted to him.

For the villagers of Khoda Bagwali, who requested the replacement of an old drinking water pipeline, Gupta instructed the Public Health Engineering Department to inspect the site immediately.
