Shashij Gupta, the team member, said that they created an automated system to test AI voice agents against a variety of customer personas and give actionable insights, ensuring they respond accurately and effectively as overcome existing gaps in evaluation methods. This can save hundreds of hours in manual testing and reduce human errors, he added.
The team, which includes Sidhant Kabra and Tarush Agarwal, has been selected for Y Combinator, an American startup accelerator that provides $500K seed money to selected teams and has an acceptance rate of 0.1 percent of applicants. Voice AI technology is becoming increasingly essential across industries, from customer support to outbound sales.
