Chandigarh: The 13th Panjab University Rose Festival, where about 400 participants will be contesting in 92 categories, was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Prof Renu Vig at Prof RC Paul Rose Garden on Friday. The Vice-Chancellor planted a Bush Rose plant at the occasion. Students from colleges and schools of tricity are also participating in the festival, where Director, Cultural Affairs, Chandigarh Administration, and North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala, have organised various cultural events.
