Panjab varsity student clears IES exam
Antra Madaan, a former student of the Department of Economics, Panjab University, has qualified the prestigious Indian Economic Service examination 2024. A student of 2019-21 batch, Antara completed her masters in 2021.
“This is a proud moment for the Department of Economics as this achievement adds to the department’s legacy of producing distinguished professionals, with many alumni excelling in the UPSC Indian Economic Services (IES) and Indian Administrative Services (IAS) exams in previous years,” said Dr Smita Sharma, department chairperson while congratulating Antra and her parents on her hard work and persistence.
