The event began with a welcome address by the facility director, Dr Pankaj Mittal, and brought together senior doctors, hospital staff, and patients. A total of 22 surgeons from the hospital were felicitated with certificates and mementos in recognition of their contribution. The programme also included short scientific sessions.

In a press release, Dr Mittal, said, “Being a surgeon is not just about performing procedures; it’s about being present for people when they are most vulnerable. Today’s recognition is not just a moment of pride, but a reminder of the responsibility we carry every day.”
