While the authorities maintained that the day was not over yet, the parents said the timing for the release of the list must have been fixed on the same lines as submission of forms.

“Does deadline apply to students only? While the department maintained that the day was not over yet, parents kept waiting till late evening. The students were asked to submit the forms on June 9 before 10 am. The Education Department should also have adhered to the deadline,” said Atul, a parent.
