People bereft of amenities in Gian Chand Gupta’s 10 years: Chander Mohan
Congress candidate Chander Mohan today said had Gian Chand Gupta worked for the public in the last 10 years, he would not have needed any star campaigners to hide his failures.
Chander Mohan said this in relation to the arrival of star campaigners to the likes of UP CM Yogi Adityanath and others to campaign for Gupta. He said people were bereft of basic facilities such as roads, streetlights and drinking water during his 10-year-long tenure.
Launching an attack on the BJP in the state, he said Haryana was known for Jawan, Kisan and Pehelwan (wrestlers). “But BJP has left no stone unturned in committing atrocities on all three of them. It has rather worked to spoil the brotherhood among people,” he said and added that people should not waste any more time and ensure Congress’ victory.
He reassured people of setting-up a 100-bed hospital in Barwala and the completion of the proposed medical college and hospital project in Sector 32 after being elected.
