The District Administration has directed all printers and publishers to indicate their names and addresses on the election materials printed by them.

District Election Officer (DEO) Yash Garg said as per the guidelines of the Election Commission, all printers and publishers have to indicate their names and addresses on election pamphlets, posters and other material being printed by them. “They also have to send a copy of the printed material and declaration of publishers directly to the Nodal Officer, expenditure monitoring committee, with a copy to the office of the DEO through email,” he added.
