Ten flights were cancelled and several delayed by more than two hours at Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport here due to fog and poor visibility today.

Flight arrivals and departures from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Pune, Lucknow and Hyderabad had to be cancelled due to poor visibility at the airport.

Officials at the airport said the first flight departed from the airport at 9:45 am on Thursday. Visibility remained poor due to foggy as well as cloudy weather throughout the day.
