Powercom to listen to consumers’ grievances today

To hear and resolve the grievance of consumers, the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Circle Forum Panchkula, will be held on October 22 (Tuesday) at 11.30 am in the office of the Panchkula Superintending Engineer.

The spokesperson of the corporation said the members of the forum would hear all types of problems of the consumers of the district. These mainly include complaints related to billing, voltage, metering, disconnection and reconnection, obstacles in power supply, lack of efficiency, security, reliability and disobedience of the orders of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission etc. He said all the consumers were requested to take advantage of this opportunity to redress their complaints.
