Chandigarh, July 3

Pratyaksh Goel claimed the U-19 title on the concluding day of the Chandigarh Open Chess Championship.

Vedant Garg won the U-15 gold medal, while Atharv Singh Negi (U-11) and Advay Nayyar (U-7) were the other winners.

In the girls’ category, Precious Bansal (U-19), Kamya Kumari (U-15), Anvi Gupta (U-11) and Jap Kaur (U-7) emerged champions. A total of 92 boys and girls participated in the championship under different age categories.
