Prisha of The Gurukul School won gold medal in the girls’ U-11 1,000m event at the CBSE All India National Skating Championship, in Gurugram. Kaayna Bhardwaj from the same school, meanwhile, emerged victorious in the 500m girls’ U-11 inline event.

Another student from the Gurukul Global School, Gauresh Pawa, also won bronze medal in the boys’ quads 12–15 category.

Meanwhile, the skaters of the Rolling Tigers Academy bagged five medals, including two gold, a silver, and two bronze medals. Vihaan Khullar of the Hansraj School, Panchkula, won a silver and a bronze medal in the boys’ U-9 inline event. —TNS
