Investigators said Vikas, a resident of Kullu, had been staying in Aryan’s room in hostel number 7. The two, along with Parikshit, allegedly consumed intoxicants on the day of the incident before going to sleep. The next morning, Vikas was found lying unconscious and was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead.

Thereafter, Assistant Sub-Inspector Hakikat Rai and forensic teams inspected Aryan’s room.
