Prof Jagdish Kumar, a faculty member at the Electrical Engineering Department of the college, has been appointed as the Director of the State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Rewari. While working in the research fields of power electronics and control engineering, he has been providing his services as a professor at PEC since 2003.

Desh Bhagat Radio FM 107.8 Aap Ki Awaaz, State Bank of India Officers Association and Desh Bhagat Global Services organised a walkathon to commemorate International Women’s Day. The walkathon started at Sector 17 and concluded at Sukhna Lake. SBI Chief General Manager Vinod Jaiswal was the chief guest at the event Pro Chancellor of the university Tajinder Kaur said no girl in society should be deprived of education.
