Chandigarh: Dr Rajan Bhandari (Chandigarh) and Qudratjot Kaur (Panjab University) have been elected unopposed state president and state secretary, respectively, of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. The tenure of both office-bearers will be one year and they will assume charge at the 52nd state conference to be held on November 30 in Jalandhar. Bhandari is a resident of Zirakpur while Qudratjot is a resident of Rupnagar. She is a third year student of Law Department from Panjab University. She was an executive member of the Vidyarthi Parishad, PU Chandigarh.
