Centuries from Raman Bishnoi and Amrit Lubana helped Chandigarh to a huge 209-run victory over Sikkim in the Men’s Under-23 One-day Trophy in Cuttack today. It was Chandigarh’s seventh straight win in the tournament.
After opting to bat first, Chandigarh got off to a flying start as openers Mohd Arslan Khan and captain Jagmeet Singh scored 54 runs in seven overs. The skipper fell to Dinesh Dhobi for 20. Khan continued to play his shots before he was dismissed for 54 runs. At 95/2, Bishnoi Bishnoi was joined by Lubana.
