After Punjab Police was slammed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Thursday, cops arrested Jarnail Singh Bajwa at the Sohana police station in the evening in one of the 53 FIRs registered against him.

The real estate developer, a proclaimed offender, has been arrested in the past multiple times in cheating cases, the last being on September 2, 2023 by the CIA, Mohali.

In March 2022, Bajwa and his son were arrested but bailed out months later.
