The remedial classes for Class VI will be conducted in language and mathematics, whereas for classes VII and XI, the subjects will be mathematics and science. The intent of remedial classes is that the low-performing students may achieve the desirable competency level. It has been decided that around 30 per cent strength of Classes VI, VII and IX will be considered for remedial teaching.

The teachers concerned will analyse assignments, project and tests undertaken by the students during the previous months so as to ascertain the performance of students. On the basis of students’ performance in assignments or class tests, teachers will support the targeted group of students with additional time for focused assignments.
