The Manimajra police booked a restaurant owner for violating the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act. On Tuesday, Parkash Chand, a resident of Shanti Nagar, Manimajra, was caught serving hookah at his establishment in Manimajra without any licence or permit. The accused was arrested and subsequently released on bail.
