A team of the District Town Planning Department today undertook a major enforcement action in the urban areas of Panchkula.

The team demolished a road network and demarcation pillars on a 6-acre illegal colony at Barwala village and a road network on another 4-acre illegal colony in Mauli village.

The demolition was carried out with JCB machines in the presence of Duty Magistrate Raghav and Barwala Block Development and Panchayat Officer Ashok Kumar.
