Rs 28 lakh offerings at Panchkula shrines on sixth Navratra
Besides, 54 gold items and 243 silver articles offered at Mansa Devi temple, 24 silver items at Kalka shrine
Devotees offered donations to the tune of Rs 28,32,081 at Shri Mata Mansa Devi Temple, Shri Kali Mata Temple in Kalka and Chandi Mata Temple on the sixth day of the Ashwin Navratri fair today. At the Mansa Devi temple alone, 42,000 devotees paid obeisance.
Deputy Commissioner and Chief Administrator of the Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board Satpal Sharma informed that donations of Rs 22,37,447 were received at the Mata Mansa Devi temple, Rs 3,87,299 at the Kalka shrine, and Rs 2,07,335 at Chandi Mata Temple.
In addition, 54 gold items and 243 silver items were offered at the Mansa Devi temple and 24 silver items at the Kalka shrine.
