Chandigarh: Rubinderjit Singh Brar is Director, Higher Education

Consequent upon the joining of Rubinderjit Singh Brar, PCS officer, in the Chandigarh Administration, he has been assigned the charge of Director, Higher Education.

According to the order issued by the UT Adviser, Brar has also been assigned the charge of Director, Technical Education; Project Director, Educity; and Additional Secretary, Cooperation, relieving Amandeep Singh Bhatti, PCS officer, of these charges. He has been given the charge of Additional Secretary, Higher Education, in addition to his existing charges of Additional Secretary, Technical Education; Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Secretary, Red Cross. Brar had earlier served with the UT Administration for seven years.
