Samadhan camps to be held daily: Panchkula DC

Panchkula Deputy Commissioner Monica Gupta said on the orders of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, samadhan camps had been started in the district. These camps would now be organised on all working days.

While presiding over a samadhan camp at the Mini-Secretariat here today, the Deputy Commissioner appealed to the residents to bring forth their issues.

She heard complaints of 12 persons and directed officials concerned to resolve them at the earliest. She said most of the complaints today were related to family identity card. Some complaints were also related to Municipal Corporation, Mining, District Social Welfare and Electricity Departments.

The DC said in view of the winter season, Samadhan camps will be organised in the auditorium of the Mini-Secretariat from 10 am to 12 noon on all working days. Heads of all departments will be present at the camp. The department concerned should submit the report daily by 2 pm.

“A separate cell, which will be formed soon, will contact the complainants and take their feedback. The CM has conveyed that no officer should submit wrong report. If there is any negative feedback, action will be taken against the erring official,” the DC said.

ADC Aparajita, SDM Gaurav Chauhan, Nagaradhis Vishwanath, MC Joint Commissioner Simranjit Kaur, District Development and Panchayat Officer Rajan Singla, Naib Tehsildar Hardev Singh, District Education Officer Satpal Kaushik, District Elementary Education Officer Sandhya among others were present.
